Duty Roster
The current duty roster is located here (PDF 131KB):
This roster includes the times that parents are scheduled to help clean the hall, attend working bees or fundraising BBQ's.
The procedures for cleaning the hall are:
Hall cleaning procedure
Once a month 2 families are rostered on to Hall cleaning. Please co-ordinate with the other family who is on with you to ensure that you all attend at the same time, and that one of you has collected the key from one of the people listed below:

Sweep and mop main Hall and foyer
Vacuum side room
Wipe benches/tables in side room
Check that the rear water tank is at least half full, and notify Julie Bray or Andrew Mackie if it needs topping up.
Clean toilets
Emu-bob around yard and then Mow if necessary (please bring own mower)
De-cobweb front wall if necessary
