Peter Bray - Joey Leader

Peter is really just an overgrown Joey himself. He enjoys planning meetings and loves playing games with the Joey Mob as much as they do. He didn’t get a chance to be a Scout when he was younger, so he’s making up for it now. But he has done quite a few things in his life. He was born in Canberra and moved with his parents and big brother to Adelaide when he started school. His family adopted two Indonesian girls when Peter was nine, and traveled around the world together a few years later, living in Canada and the States for a year.

Peter studied in Hong Kong, worked with an orphanage in Macau, then lived in North America for another 18 months before coming back to Australia. He soon after joined the Airforce Ready Reserves as an Airfield Defence Guard. He has been a massage therapist, pathology collector and builder, and has lived in Gundaroo with his wife Julie for the past 13 years. They have three boys, Tristan, Jordan and Ricky – one Cub, one Joey and one gonna-be-when-he’s-big-enough.
